I’ve been doing eggs like this for over a year! I never seen it done before. I just thought of trying some new and different one day. Except with mine, I put the yoke back in the center of the whites, after the whites start to firm, and continue to cook for just a couple of minutes to get my yokes runny they way I like them.

I would love to taste. I will have to try that recipe.
